How do I ask for a quote?
Send a request from the Get a free quote page, with no account needed. You tell us about the work and where it is, and suggest times for a site visit. If you have an Alpha Home Portal account, send it from your portal instead and follow it there.
Is there a cost for a quote?
No. A quote costs nothing, and neither does your Alpha Home Portal account.
How do I get in touch with Alpha?
Send a quote request from the Get a free quote page, or message Alpha from your Alpha Home Portal. Once your project starts, you message your project manager from your project page, and every reply stays with your project.
What happens at the site visit?
You suggest a few times that work for you and we confirm one. We look at the space, take measurements and talk through what you want. Your estimate follows in your portal.
Do you work on businesses too?
Yes. We take on commercial build-outs and renovations as well as work on homes. Both follow the same steps and get the same project page.

How will I know how my project and payments are going?
Your project page shows each phase with its date, your overall progress, the schedule and photo and note updates from the site. The cost summary shows the total, what's been paid and what remains, and your project manager's name is right there.
